Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for members. The AGM will oversee operations in the GM’s absence and drive the Crunch Fitness brand with integrity and a no-judgments philosophy.

You will lead a team at the Corona location, implement policies, recruit top talent, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining clean, safe, and engaging facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams in a service environment.
• Experience recruiting and hiring staff.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of SOPs and policies.
• Assist General Manager to communicate and implement policies.
• Encourage teamwork and productivity.
• Take decisive action when needed.
• Proactively recruit, interview, and hire talented team members.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to hit revenue targets.
• Ensure proper tracking of leads and community partnerships.
• Address staff and customer issues per company procedures.

• Assist in payroll processing and approvals.
