Job summary

Equinox Nashville is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, optimize guest experiences, and uphold luxury hospitality standards. You will supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, and M.O.D managers, while driving service excellence and revenue growth across the club.

You will manage inventory, payroll budgets, daily deposits, shift coverage, and maintenance, ensuring flawless operations and a premier guest experience consistent with the Equinox brand.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service business
• Leadership experience in educational, fitness or professional settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the fitness industry

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers while helping the General Manager facilitate all delegated projects and responsibilities
• Manage inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage and general club maintenance
• Educate staff of proper company policies and procedures
