Equinox is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations at our Boston-area club. You’ll supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping and MOD managers, driving service excellence and efficient workflows.

You’ll partner with leadership to optimize inventory, payroll, banking and maintenance while coaching staff on policy and standards. Strong communication and revenue-driving skills are essential in this fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of management experience in a customer-facing setting.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Bachelor degree required.

Responsabilités

• Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers while helping the General Manager facilitate all delegated projects and responsibilities.
• Manage multiple aspects of inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage and general club maintenance.
• Educate staff on proper company policies and procedures.
