Job summary

Equinox seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club teams at our Los Angeles clubs. You will hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring alignment with Equinox brand standards and customer service excellence.

You’ll monitor performance evaluations, budgets, and payroll timelines, while maintaining club cleanliness and safety. The role requires adaptability to location changes and a collaborative GM partnership.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in an operations setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High-touch customer service experience preferred.
• Effective time management and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Onboarding provided by Assistant General Manager onboarding manual.

Responsibilities

• Influence and lead a dynamic team across departments.
• Hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club.
• Complete staff evaluations monthly and yearly.
• Adhere to monthly ordering timelines and payroll budgets.
• Ensure high-level member service and club cleanliness.
• Support ancillary departments and sales with GM collaboration.
• Be aware of monthly departmental goals and projections.
• Open to location reassignment and flexible schedules.
