Job summary

Equinox is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth operations across all departments and deliver the highest level of customer service at our premium clubs.

You will lead Front Desk, Housekeeping and MOD teams, manage inventory, payroll and deposits, and uphold policies to drive revenue and guest satisfaction. A strong fit has 3–6 years in management within fitness or service environments and a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of management experience in customer service, education, or fitness.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue.
• Hire, direct and train staff; strong time management and follow-up.
• Financial management experience.
• 4-year college degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers.
• Manage inventory control, payroll budget, daily deposits, shift coverage.
• Educate staff on company policies and procedures.
