Job summary

Equinox Club is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures across departments, delivering the highest level of customer service. The role requires strong leadership, a commitment to premium standards, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

The Assistant General Manager will train and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers, oversee inventory control, payroll budgets, deposits, shift coverage, and routine maintenance

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in educational, fitness, or professional settings.
• 3–6 years of management experience in a customer service business.
• Strong communication and revenue-driving skills.
• Ability to hire, direct and train staff and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers while helping the General Manager facilitate all delegated projects and responsibilities
• Manage multiple aspects of inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage and general club maintenance
• Educate staff of proper company policies and procedures
