Equinox is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth operations across all departments at our Nashville club, delivering exceptional guest service. You will lead front desk, housekeeping, and MOD managers, support the General Manager with projects, and uphold high standards in all aspects of club operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of management experience in customer service within fitness or related fields, with strong communication and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in educational, fitness or professional settings with 3–6 years of management in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers and assist General Manager with delegated projects.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll budgets, daily deposits, shift coverage and club maintenance.
• Educate staff on company policies and procedures.
