Job summary

KBP Foods is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a KFC location in Ohio. You will lead, train, and coach teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences while managing daily operations and ensuring brand standards.

The role emphasizes developing leadership skills, controlling labor and food costs, and driving profitability. Availability to close and a proven background in quick-service is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs to drive restaurant performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep shifts running smoothly.
