Job summary

KBP Brands, in partnership with KFC, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Ohio. You’ll train and coach your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold our standards for quality and service.

This role focuses on profitability, labor and food cost control, safety, and a safe, clean dining environment. You’ll help grow leadership capabilities through internal development programs and advance within KBP Foods as part of a nationwide

Qualifications

At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
