Applegreen is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager run daily operations across our travel plazas. This entry-level management role offers hands-on learning and discretion in decision-making to support smooth store performance.

You will lead a team, deliver feedback, and coach supervisors while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coaching of shifts supervisors.
• Step in for the general manager when needed to keep store operations smooth.
• Motivate staff, especially during low morale periods.
• Maintain brand standards, policies, and procedures across shifts.
• Ensure cash handling, inventory checks, and reports meet company directives.
