Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates, assign work, coach shifts supervisors, and ensure store-level operation performance.
• Be able to act in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and improve morale during challenges.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Address issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure policies are followed and brand standards maintained.
• Manage cash handling and daily reporting per directives.
• Address customer needs and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate inventory data through spot counts.
