Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead with heart and deliver legendary Southern hospitality. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, coach your crew, and run daily operations with hands-on leadership.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage shifts, develop team members, monitor food safety and costs, and ensure guests leave satisfied. Weekend/holiday availability is expected, with competitive pay and growth opportunities within the Popeyes family.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR a plus).
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and enjoy great food.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience managing labor and costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with speed, accuracy, and guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Address guest feedback with care and resolve concerns.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
