Job summary

ApplegreenUSA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager run day-to-day operations across our locations. You will gain important management experience and practice sound judgment and discretion in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, monitoring store performance, ensuring brand standards, maintaining cash controls, and resolving customer needs to foster long-term relationships. Leadership and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
• Basic food safety understanding and practice
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Confidently delivering performance feedback, setting goals, fostering teamwork, and clearly communicating business objectives.
• Overseeing day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assigning work, coaching, and developing shift supervisors.
• Performing duties in the absence of the general manager and maintaining brand standards.
• Motivating staff, especially during low morale, and ensuring store operations meet performance targets.
• Ensuring cash management accuracy and daily reporting as directed.
