Applegreen is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager run daily operations and develop entry-level managers in a fast-paced environment. You will lead teams, coach supervisors, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining brand standards.

You will foster teamwork, deliver feedback, and ensure adherence to procedures, all while supporting store performance and customer experience. This role is full-time and on-site at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth running.
• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff and coach shift supervisors.
• Step in for the general manager when needed and maintain metrics.
• Motivate staff and address issues to maintain morale and service quality.
• Ensure policies, brand standards, and cash handling procedures are followed.
