You will support the General Manager, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing schedules, cash, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping people learn and grow the business.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
• Flexible and open work schedule
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and communicate business objectives with clear feedback and goals.
• Supervise non-management staff and coordinate shifts to improve store performance.
• Step in for the general manager when needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Motivate staff during low morale and lead by example.
• Maintain brand standards, cash handling, and daily reporting as directed.
• Resolve customer issues to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with spot counts and checks.
