Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring abilities to build cohesive teams.
• Experience in training, development and staff mentoring.
• Past leadership in Food & Beverage and/or Room Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the General Manager’s co-captain and lead day-to-day hotel operations.
• Focus on guest/event satisfaction, associate engagement, profitability and operational audits.
• Prioritize associate training and development to enable growth and high performance.
