LDV Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across our venues. The role focuses on staff management, customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

You will lead teams, train staff, resolve guest issues promptly, and help implement strategic initiatives to grow revenue while maintaining high service standards. This position requires strong leadership and collaborative skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a managerial role in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
