• 2+ years of restaurant management in a full-service environment.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and workforce administration.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and restaurant management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with leadership presence.
• Proactive problem solver with strong leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff on the floor to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development.
• Oversee schedules, payroll, inventory, and compliance-related processes; manage administrative reporting.
• Collaborate with ownership on operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
