Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Franklin, TN is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service staff in partnership with the General Manager.

You will drive guest engagement, monitor guest-related metrics, ensure safety and sanitation, and develop your team through training and coaching, with a focus on delivering legendary dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety systems and procedures.
• Proficient with computer operations and restaurant software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with General Manager to keep restaurant at top performance.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
• Lead training and development of team members.
