Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and develop service teams. You will supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants and work with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at its best.

You will also drive guest engagement and guest-related metrics, contributing to legendary experiences for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and sanitation.
• Experience with training and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to keep the restaurant at top performance.
