Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, ensuring the restaurant operates at peak performance. You will work with the General Manager to drive guest engagement and overall guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling, with a passion for training and developing staff, and delivering a legendary guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems.
• Ability to train and develop staff and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants.
• Collaborate with the general manager to keep the restaurant at top performance.
