Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide operational leadership and daily supervision for a fast‑paced restaurant. The AGM will train staff, ensure service quality, and drive adherence to standards across cleanliness, hospitality, and product quality.

You will monitor inventory, staffing, and payroll procedures while guiding new hires during onboarding and maintaining strong guest experience. This position requires flexible hours and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good personal hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of front and back of house and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.

• Coach and onboard team members and drive performance.
• Address safety concerns and report issues to management.
