Taco Bell Corp. is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team. You will lead daily operations in the GM's absence while driving customer satisfaction and team excellence.

Expect a 45-hour week with 40 hours at regular pay and 5 hours at time and a half; strong English communication is required. You will recruit, train, and coach Team Members, manage cash controls and inventory, and contribute to profitable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control, inventory and labor.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture, equity, inclusion and belonging.
• Lead recognition, collaboration and motivation initiatives.
• Identify and recruit talent and support the GM in hiring.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals, discipline and training.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, OH&S and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence responsibilities, food safety, and Core excellence; manage operations in GM's absence.
• Collaborate with GM on performance, provide feedback, address employee relations, and escalate when needed.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring team members; promote equity and belonging.
• Support P&L management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
