Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Ability to assist with P&L management, cash control, and labor management.
• Strong communication skills for performance appraisals and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shift excellence, food safety, and core standards; act in GM’s absence.
• Collaborate with GM on performance reviews and hiring processes.
• Source, interview, and hire Team Members while promoting equity and belonging.
• Assist with inventory, cash control, and security procedures; monitor labor costs.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize restaurant performance.
• Support health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
