Qualifications

• At least 1 year as Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant 2 nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule and coach team to foster a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and employees.
