Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC operations. You will lead and train a team, ensure outstanding guest service, and manage daily restaurant operations to meet standards and profitability.

Applicants should have AGM experience in food service or retail, be at least 18, and able to close at least two nights weekly. The role offers training and growth within a national restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail (with P&L responsibility)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand/walk during shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and adherence to policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe guest and employee environment.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
