KBP Brands' KFC location is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and coach the team, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee daily operations with a focus on profitability and safety. You’ll play a key role in maintaining food quality and standards while supporting a thriving, fast-paced environment.

The role requires prior AG Manager experience in food service, 18+ years old, and availability to close two nights weekly, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
