Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Fort Walton Beach to support the GM in leading the team, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional Guest Experience.

The AGM will review KPIs, help with hiring and training, manage cash and food safety, and drive local marketing and community outreach, while ensuring store cleanliness and operational excellence. This role requires ServSafe and strong communication, with the ability to work varied hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years as a shift lead in restaurant or retail/customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and computer systems.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Use tools such as Profit and Loss, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central for scheduling and inventory management.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure excellent product quality and monitor KPIs.
• Manage cash activities and ensure food safety compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Drive company programs through action planning and team motivation.
• Communicate marketing strategies to the store team for effective execution.
