Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Frisco to support the GM in leading a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards and the company mission.

The AGM oversees store operations, assists with hiring and training, drives local marketing initiatives, manages cash and safety, maintains cleanliness, and analyzes KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or retail.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in hiring, developing, and leading store staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Monitor KPIs and financials using store tools to drive operational excellence.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate marketing strategies to team and execute promotions.
• Manage cash activities and daily deposits.
