Buffalo Wild Wings in Brunswick, GA seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at its best and drive guest engagement.

The role focuses on guest satisfaction metrics and developing a high-performing team, with a path toward advancement within a dynamic, sports-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prefer 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
