Buffalo Wild Wings in Georgia is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants, in partnership with the General Manager, to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

You will drive guest engagement and guest-related metrics, coach and develop your team, ensure compliance with health codes and safety standards, and strive for operational excellence. This role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar or kitchen management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation and alcohol service.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and drive training initiatives.
