Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

You’ll focus on guest engagement and metrics, drive training, and ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service and security procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with General Manager to maintain top performance of the restaurant.
