Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and coach the service team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences. You will work with Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and support staff to drive operations, training, and performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will partner with the General Manager to maintain standards, develop staff, and improve guest engagement while upholding safety and quality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems.
• Ability to manage and develop a team and champion change.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in guiding Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to drive service excellence.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
