Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure guests are served at the highest level, while driving guest engagement and performance metrics.

You will train and develop staff, uphold safety, sanitation, and labor standards, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced sports-bar environment. This role emphasizes people leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train/develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, in partnership with the General Manager.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.
