You will coach shifts, ensure safety and inventory accuracy, handle cash processes, and maintain a clean, inviting site. We value leadership, pace, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication.
• Ability to lift/push objects over 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Willingness to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff and coach shifts.
• Step in effectively in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff during low morale.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with spot checks.
