Applegreen USA seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in Newark, New Jersey, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our travel plaza locations.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, ensure brand standards, handle cash, and address customer needs, gaining essential management experience. Our values emphasize people development, teamwork, pace, and flexibility, with strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives.
• Supervise daily operations, assign work, coach shifts supervisors, and ensure store level performance.
• Act in the absence of the General Manager and maintain leadership coverage.
• Motivate staff during challenging periods and maintain high morale.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed, and inventory checks are performed.
