Popeyes is Hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering the brand’s legendary hospitality. The AGM will lead shifts, monitor quality and safety, and help manage labor and costs while ensuring top-notch guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Love for fast-paced environments and great food.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy, and guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
