CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional restaurant operations. You will help manage schedules, forecasting, labor, and inventory while coaching Team Members to uphold service standards. The role emphasizes leadership, customer care, and financial accountability.

The AGM will lead by example, drive guest satisfaction, and support initiatives to boost performance and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management能力.

Responsibilities
