Buffalo Wild Wings Wood Village is seeking a Bench/Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant, ensuring safety and profitability. The AGM will supervise shifts, manage staff planning, and drive performance across departments while maintaining guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations on a shift basis to support General Manager.
• Assist in staffing, hiring decisions and performance reviews across departments.

• Develop and implement incentive programs and promotions with managers.
• Motivate staff to participate in company promotions and initiatives.
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure timely responses to complaints and coaching for managers.
