Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving restaurant performance. You will lead and develop the management team and hourly staff, uphold quality, cleanliness, and profitability, and assume full operational responsibility in the GM's absence.

You'll coach Shift Managers, recruit and onboard team members, manage labor and costs, execute promotions, and maintain compliance with food safety
