Buffalo Wild Wings seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, train and coach the team, and drive guest satisfaction. You will support recruiting, scheduling, and executing local promotions, while upholding cash controls and safety standards.

The AGM role emphasizes leadership, independence and a fast-paced, sports-bar environment with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops the restaurant team to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Trains, coaches and motivates staff to achieve goals.
• Manages front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Assists in recruiting hourly employees and staffing the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth service.
• Instruct, train, coach and develop restaurant team.
• Assist General Manager with recruiting hourly staff.
• Ensure appropriate staffing to maximize customer service and sales.
• Work to maximize sales and profits within the restaurant.
• Maintain cash controls and enforce company policies.
• Lead local store marketing, promotions and merchandising to boost traffic.
• Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Handle customer complaints and coach the team to resolve issues.
• Supervise for labor law compliance and proper food handling.
