The successful candidate will bring 1–2 years of supervisory restaurant experience, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality/restaurant settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Oversee inventory, supply orders, and cost control to support profitability.
• Coach and develop Team Members through training and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet coverage needs.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support financial reporting and adherence to budget guidelines.
