Wawa, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Milton, FL. You will be a hands-on leader responsible for daily operations, profitability, and team development, including hiring, training, and growth of Customer Service Associates.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience in a fast-paced convenience store environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food service or retail environments preferred.
• Strong store operations background including staffing, training, scheduling and expense control.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and drive profitability.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and development of Customer Service Associates.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor store performance, review reports, identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
