Job summary

Taco Bell Providence is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team, and delivering great guest experiences. You will lead by example, train staff, and help ensure smooth daily operations during the GM’s absence.

This role involves ownership mindset, P&L involvement, safety compliance, and a path for career growth through Taco Bell’s development programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience assisting with P&L management and cash controls.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Committed to brand standards and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shifts, food safety, and core excellence during GM's absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback and resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Support with Profit & Loss management, inventory, and labor controls.
• Review financial reports and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
