• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by cash control, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and maintain food safety standards.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in GM's absence.
• Collaborate with GM in assessing team performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, promoting equity and belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management including cash control and inventory.
