Taco Bell in Rhode Island is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in delivering brand standards and coaching a high-performing team.

You will lead daily operations in the GM's absence, drive customer satisfaction, manage P&L, inventory, and labor, and recruit and train Team Members while fostering equity and safety. This on-site role offers strong growth and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and labor control.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire team members.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Adherence to food safety and corporate policies.
