Taco Bell in Fall River is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and coach the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll run daily operations in the GM’s absence and help drive excellence across the restaurant.

The role emphasizes leadership, P&L awareness, staffing, safety, and adherence to corporate policies while fostering an inclusive culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in the hiring process.
• Possess strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, taking disciplinary action, and motivating and training employees.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of daily operations in the GM's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities and uphold Core excellence.
• Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance and providing feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, driving equity and belonging.
• Support with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, inventory maintenance, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
