Job summary

Taco Bell in Rhode Island is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You'll lead by example, train and coach staff, and recognize performance.

In this role you’ll operate in the GM’s absence, make key decisions, drive toward excellence, and help manage daily operations. Expect a 50-hour week, opportunities for growth, and a fun, fast-paced environment at Taco Bell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and inventory management.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity and belonging.
• Strong communication skills for performance appraisals and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the GM’s absence and uphold brand standards.
• Train, coach, and recognize team members.
• Oversee customer satisfaction and food safety standards.
• Recruit and hire team members with a focus on inclusion.
• Manage cash control, security procedures, and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to improve performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety compliance.
