Taco Bell in Providence, RI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll lead daily operations in the GM’s absence and drive performance in a fast-paced, fun-driven environment.

This role requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management, strong communication, and a commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and cost controls.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence. Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback. Address employee relations issues as they arise, determine immediate resolutions, or escalated to the GM when necessary.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, while driving a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Act like an owner by assisting with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take appropriate actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.
