Taco Bell franchise location is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and coach the team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. In the absence of the GM, you will manage daily operations and help drive sales and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Background check required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable private transportation.
• At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience.
• Able to perform basic math and basic computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant General Manager and uphold brand standards.
• Lead by example: train, coach, and recognize team members.
• Oversee daily operations in GM's absence and make key decisions.
• Drive sales, labor, inventory controls, and financial goals.
• Provide feedback on new hire performance and program execution.
• Ensure food safety standards and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
